At Charming Quail™, every piece is made just for you. Because of that, our shipping process works a little differently than mass-produced brands. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your jewelry will arrive.
Made to Order with Care
We do not keep inventory on hand. Each piece is cast, set, and finished after you place your order. This gives you a thoughtfully made item—but it does take time.
Please allow up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase for your jewelry to be completed and prepared for shipping.
How We Ship
We ship using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, and every package is insured to protect your jewelry in transit.
Once your item is ready and has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message. We aim to include tracking information, and we’re currently working on automating this process through our website.
Estimated Delivery Time (Once Shipped)
USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days to most U.S. addresses. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

Shipping Limitations
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
If you’re located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact us through our website at www.charmingquail.com/contact. We’re happy to explore international shipping options on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Issues
Once an item has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
That said, we’re committed to helping your jewelry arrive safely. If something goes wrong, get in touch and we’ll do our best to assist.
Double-Check Your Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
